I like it. It reminds me of Enough Plumbers, though a bit more restrictive with movement.
edit: it seems that my deaths after finishing were kept when I pressed play again? This is solved by a refresh, but I still think it may be a bug.
edit2: I finished with no deaths, but my score didn't submit to the leaderboard. it looks like it hasn't submitted for any one else. this seems bugged too.
Also, upon reflection, it more reminds me of the game "Fly Guy" from earlier this year. If you haven't played it before, you might be interested.

HenrySanchezNG responds:

Sorry for all the bugs.
This was my first complete browser game and it took a little longer then what I would've wanted to.
Life got busy so I haven't had time to fix these issues but maybe in a future I will patch everything to make the ultimate build.

This one is a bit different than the other episodes of the Clums(y)Slime(y) series, but I like it a lot! I had fun coming up with viable bridges, and after completing it I feel like a clumsy engineer :3
I do believe that it should save your designs after you die and let you continue from where you left off. I also think that you should be able to delete a wooden board after placing it. These additions would make it a simpler and easier on each attempt.

Kutejnikov responds:

Well, congratulations, you finished the game first! Saving designs and deleting boards is really a useful idea, but here I am not planning to release updates (so as not to reset the progress of the players) - but if I do more bridge-building games, they will have such things.

I'm worried that there may be some errors in the quiz. I just had a question asking for grey, where none of the options were the exact "grey" html color. two questions later, it asked for "lightgoldenrod", but the correct option was the color of "palegoldenrod". As it is, i don't believe hard is possible to complete without incredible and persistent luck. Extend the limit to ten to account for error, p l e a s e.

DasSG responds:

Thank you for your interest in my old flash game. Unfortunately there are no plans to update it as-is since the flash support is being dropped. However HTML port is possible in 2021.
The biggest problem this game has is that human color perception highly depends on the surronding colors (like gold / blue dress), so the "correct" answer can look totally wrong.
Also there may be an error with the color name as you suggested, but I can't check it till I find the source code on my old laptop which I used 5 years ago.
P.S. I think you can use a color picker tool to beat the game. Initially I thought about it as cheating, but since such cheat requires at least some thinking and dedication - why not consider it legit. Same goes for my other games, e.g. if you can cheat the 8-puzzle with solver - it's fine.

Impressive last-minute Game of the Year candidate. The graphics might be a bit of an issue, though. Hyper-realism is cool, but kind of overwhelming at such a large scale.

Little-Rena responds:

We don't do crunch for our developers or artists, but expect a HD graphic update patch in 3 years as extra DLC!

Wegra responds:

Hyper realism is overrated as shit these days anyway

Lol, the torch trick works here too.

Zanzlanz responds:

The way falling block entities break on them? Sure does!

I'm missing a piece... X0 https://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/0340d86725dea07b6bcef4c1636c0317
too realistic

edit: I didn't hide it, it's probably hidden behind some of the pieces already set in. I noticed that the movable pieces can be covered by them.

Mejson responds:

Look, maybe this piece fell under the rug XD, but seriously... you didn't hide it specially? :P

Edit: In the code (AS3) there is a condition that the stacked element places at the very bottom of the layers... so you were clearly out of luck.

What qualifies as 100%? Do I just need to collect everything, or can I not die or something?

PennyRigate responds:

Collect everything without getting a game over

I wonder if this game could be beat in under 3 minutes. Probably!
update: it can

BrandyBuizel responds:

seems likely, you're getting close!

Update: Congrats!

Ah, that worked. I got upset over nothing. I guess it's just happened too many times before.

Krystman responds:

Reload the page. It should unlock when you get to the skull screen. Contact me if this didn't work. I invested extra work to ensure the Medals don't get lost.

I don't get why you can't pause. It's not a very hard game, and the first twenty-five waves or so are just boring. There's also a lot of leeway with health.

Escileus responds:

To tell you the truth, I programmed the game so that adding the pause function ended up being impossible in the end. I'm a noob coder. I agree that the beginning is too boring for an experienced player.. But it was difficult to make the difficulty increase smoothly the 50 stages. I will think about updating the game, so it will be more difficult somehow.
